  • Parking Permit Program Coming Soon!

We understand that some residents have limited driveway space for multiple vehicles, so we will be reinstating our community parking permit program in the coming months. This program will have a few requirements, including an application process, garage inspections, and an annual fee of $350 per vehicle. Each household may receive only one parking permit, but this could be a great option for those who currently have to park outside the community in the evening.

The final details are still being finalized, so stay tuned for more information soon!

  • In Case of Emergency

For your safety and peace of mind, we encourage residents who live alone to share their emergency contact information with a trusted neighbor or update it with Loit Kaskla at The Management Trust. • Exterior Modifications Require Approval

We’d like to remind all residents that any exterior modifications to your home require approval from the Architectural Committee. The process is simple and is designed not to deter home improvement but to ensure compliance with the community bylaws and maintain harmony within our neighborhood To get started, visit the Architectural Approval section at AnaheimShores.com where you’ll find the necessary forms and contact information.

  • Slow Down: 10MPH Speed Limit

We kindly remind all residents to maintain a speed of 10 mph while driving in our community. Recently, reports of speeding vehicles have been brought to our attention, and with many homes now equipped with security cameras, it’s easier to identify vehicles in violation. Avoid unnecessary fines by adhering to the rules and keeping our streets safe for everyone.

  • Furry Friends Reminder

There’s no greater joy than strolling through our community and spending time with my furry companions! However, some pet owners aren’t fulfilling their responsibility of cleaning up after their pets.

Anaheim Shores provides two pet stations by the lake, equipped with waste bags and trash receptacles for your convenience. Additionally, dog bags are located throughout the community, such as outside of Pool 2 and the common area off Windward. Please remember to carry bags with you and promptly clean up after your pets. Let’s all do our part to keep our community clean and enjoyable for everyone, including our beloved furry friends!
