Exterior Modifications Require Approval
We’d like to remind all residents that any exterior modifications to your home require approval from the Architectural Committee. The process is simple and is designed not to deter home improvement but to ensure compliance with the community bylaws and maintain harmony within our neighborhood To get started, visit the Architectural Approval section at AnaheimShores.com where you’ll find the necessary forms and contact information.

Parking Permit Program Coming Soon!
We understand that some residents have limited driveway space for multiple vehicles, so we will be reinstating our community parking permit program in the coming months. This program will have a few requirements, including an application process, garage inspections, and an annual fee of $350 per vehicle. Each household may receive only one parking permit, but this could be a great option for those who currently have to park outside the community in the evening.
The final details are still being finalized, so stay tuned for more information soon!
