  • 🚘 PARKING PERMIT PROGRAM

Our new Parking Permit Program is now active for all residents. To learn how to register your vehicles and review the updated parking rules.

We kindly remind everyone to be mindful of guest parking and driveway guidelines. Garages are intended for vehicle parking, and using them this way helps us make the most of our limited community parking. Since spaces are limited, permits can only be issued after an inspection and approval by Patrol One or the board of directors. Just a friendly reminder that if a vehicle has not been moved or driven for an extended period, it may be considered stored or inoperative under HOA rules. To stay in compliance, please be sure these vehicles are parked inside your garage. This helps keep the neighborhood looking great for everyone.

For households with vehicles covered in the driveway, a courtesy letter will be sent as a gentle reminder to attend a hearing and provide current registration so we can verify the status of the vehicle.

  • HOA Dues 2026

The budget for the new year has been finalized and approved, and the monthly dues for 2026 will be $350, reflecting a twenty dollar increase. This update supports the continued care, maintenance, and improvements that keep our community looking beautiful and running smoothly. A detailed copy of the annual budget report will be mailed to all homeowners for your review. If you pay through your own bank’s autopay, please remember to update your payment amount for the January 2026 assessment. For added convenience, you are encouraged to enroll in the auto debit program offered through the management company. It ensures your payment is always on time and also helps reduce postage costs for paper statements.
