The Private, Planned Community Of Anaheim Shores And What It Means To You And Your Family
Anaheim Shores is a choice residential community in north Anaheim, rich in heritage and promise. Comfortably removed from the pace of freeways and the bustle of city life.
With over eighty acres of privacy, it features a six-acre recreation and lake area, offering a serene lakeside park experience. Enjoy a relaxing soak or an invigorating swim in one of the community pools. The park-like atmosphere includes winding paths, wooden bridges, and sparkling cascades.
Common areas and recreational facilities are maintained by the Anaheim Shores Community Owners Association, ensuring a well-kept environment. Living here means ideal privacy, shared community values, and maintaining the design integrity of your home and yard.

🚨 Street Slurry Thought the ENTIRE Community 9/3 - 9/12 🚨
The next step in our community beautification project will be slurry sealing all streets throughout Anaheim Shores. Work will take place from Wednesday, September 3 through Friday, September 12, 2025, and every street will be affected. Signs will also be posted throughout the community to serve as reminders.
A community meeting will be held on Thursday, August 28 at 7:00 PM at Pool #1. During this meeting, we will review the slurry project, discuss parking and access restrictions, and answer any questions. All residents are encouraged to attend so that we can ensure a smooth and coordinated effort.
On the day your street is scheduled for work, you will not be able to park at your home until the following day, after 4pm. During this time, please plan to park in another area of the community. Residents directly impacted by closures may use guest parking spaces, and if needed, may temporarily park on one side of unaffected streets. We kindly ask that you do not block street corners or driveways and that you leave adequate space for emergency and service vehicles to pass. Patrol One has been notified and will not issue citations or tow vehicles related to slurry seal impacts during the scheduled closures. This accommodation applies only to paving-related restrictions. To help the crews work efficiently, please also turn off sprinklers the day before work is scheduled on your street and reschedule any gardening services.
Please take extra care to keep all vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians off freshly treated surfaces. Any tire tracks, marks, or other damage traced back to a residence will result in the cost of repair being charged to the homeowner, along with possible fines. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in protecting the investment being made to improve our community streets.
