Furry Friends Reminder
There's no greater joy than strolling through our community and spending time with my furry companions! However, some pet owners aren't fulfilling their responsibility of cleaning up after their pets.
Anaheim Shores provides two pet stations by the lake, equipped with waste bags and trash receptacles for your convenience. Please remember to carry bags with you and promptly clean up after your pets. Let's all do our part to keep our community clean and enjoyable for everyone, including our beloved furry friends!

HOA Dues Increase in 2025
Effective January 1, 2025, monthly HOA dues will increase to $330. This adjustment helps us keep up with rising costs for community maintenance and utility services. If you’re enrolled in auto debit through the Management Company, no action is needed—your payment will automatically adjust.
However, if you’ve set up auto payment directly through your bank, please contact them to update the new amount for January.
